The website dscr-loan.org works as a publisher. It offers a calculator plus guides on rental property loans. It is neither a lender nor a broker nor a loan program, it takes no loan applications and it arranges, offers or negotiates no loans.

Each figure from the calculator is an estimate based on the numbers you enter. This is not a loan offer, rate quote or pre-approval. It also does not say that any lender will lend. Each lender decides using its own credit review, guidelines, rent figure and appraisal. The outcome may come out differently from what we show.

The terms listed for a lender are taken from that lender's own public page, and they can change without notice. Confirm each of these terms with the lender. The lenders appear in alphabetical order. None pays for a listing, and inclusion does not endorse that lender.
Use of this site
You may read the guides and use the calculator for your own purposes. We ask that you avoid copying the site's text in bulk, overloading it with automated requests or trying to break its security. The site owns the text, layout and logo. Lender names remain the property of their owners and serve only to identify them.
